OneLearning is the digital ecosystem for learning and development for existing and future needs of employees in providing the core, essential skills and capabilities for the Public Service. Providing self-paced and virtual learning programmes, OneLearning’s focus is aligned to DPENDR’s Better Public Services 2030 Strategy and Civil Service Renewal 2030, enabling innovation and workforce capability.
Learning and Development Business Partners from all organisations across the Civil Service have played and continue to play a key role in the design and priorities of OneLearning. There are over 90 different courses available, which are reviewed on an ongoing basis. OneLearning enables colleagues, regardless of their organisation or location, to access training and development opportunities.
